Privacy notice
Last updated 5 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data Peak13 collects through this website and when you contact us, what we do with it, and your rights. The site is simple and collects very little, so the notice is short.
1. Who we are
Peak13 Potential Ltd (“Peak13”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15734692. Our registered office is 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 1RJ.
We are the controller of the personal data described here. To contact us about it, email info@peak13.co.uk.
2. What this website collects
- Cookies and tracking. We do not set cookies on this website, and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- The savings calculator. It runs in your browser. The numbers you type in are not sent to us and are not stored.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, it records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to keep the site secure and running.
- Fonts. The site serves its own typefaces, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service.
3. What we collect when you contact us
If you email us
We receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply and to discuss whether we can help. Our legal basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry) or, where you ask us about working together, taking steps at your request before a contract.
If you book a Snapshot Call
The booking button takes you to Calendly, a separate service. Calendly collects your name, email address and any answers you give to its questions, and its own privacy notice applies to what it does with that. We receive the booking details and use them to prepare for and hold the call. Our legal basis is the same as above.
If you become a client
We hold your business contact details, the information you share so we can do the work, and invoicing records. Our legal bases are performing our contract with you and meeting our legal duties, such as keeping accounting records.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list without asking you first.
5. Who we share it with
We use other companies to run parts of the business. They process data on our instructions, and only as needed for the service: web hosting, scheduling, email, contact management, workflow automation and accounting software. We may also share data with professional advisers, and with the authorities where the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside the UK
Some of those providers are based in, or process data in, countries outside the UK, including the United States. Where that happens we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism, such as the UK-US data bridge or the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then we delete them.
- Client records and accounting records: six years after the engagement ends, which is the period UK tax and accounting rules and the limitation period for contract claims point to.
- Hosting logs: kept by Vercel for a short period under its own settings.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your data, where we have no good reason to keep it;
- restrict how we use it, or object to us using it on the basis of legitimate interests;
- give you your data in a portable format, where that applies.
Email info@peak13.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
10. Cookies
This website sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If you click through to Calendly, Calendly may set its own cookies on its own pages, which its own cookie notice covers. If we ever add anything to this website that uses cookies, we will ask you first and update this page.
11. Changes to this notice
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
