Website terms

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms cover your use of peak13.co.uk. They are not the terms of any work we do for you. Work is only ever done under a separate written agreement.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Peak13 Potential Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15734692. Our registered office is 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 1RJ. Email: info@peak13.co.uk.

2. Information only, not advice

What is on this website is general information about our services and approach. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Using the website, or contacting us, does not create a client relationship. That only starts when we both sign a written agreement.

3. The savings calculator and example figures

The calculator and any example or illustrative figures on this site show how an estimate is worked out. They are not a forecast, a quote or a promise of any result. Your own figures will depend on your own numbers and your own business.

4. The audit guarantee

We offer the STOIC Audit with this guarantee: “£100K+ found or you do not pay (10+ staff)”. It applies to businesses with 10 or more staff. For businesses with fewer than 10 staff, the audit is offered without a guarantee. In the guarantee, “found” means the potential savings identified once the initial assessment is complete. The full conditions are set out in the written agreement we give you before you commit, and that agreement is what governs.

5. Our content

The text, logo, designs, images and the STOIC method name and materials on this website belong to Peak13 Potential Ltd or are used with permission. You may view the site and share a link to it. Please do not copy, republish or reuse our content without asking us first.

6. Links to other sites

This website links to services we do not control, such as Calendly, which we use for booking calls. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.

7. Using the site properly

Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to break into it, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Availability

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be up, error-free or current.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that arise from your use of, or reliance on, this website, including loss of profit or business.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
